This past weekend, the Raintree Condominium Association held its annual meeting at the gathering hall. A large number of residents attended to discuss important concerns facing the development.

The meeting started with a succinct overview from the head of the association, who highlighted some of the association's achievements over the past year.

Following the president's remarks, there was a time for questions from residents. A few residents brought up issues regarding upkeep of the building grounds. There was also a lengthy discussion about suggested changes to the parking regulations. click here

We have made/are making/will be making some great progress over the past few weeks. Our team has been hard at work/busy working/dedicated to the task of planting/laying down/installing new flowers, shrubs, and trees throughout the community.

The newly planted/recently installed/freshly landscaped areas are already looking/appearing/beginning beautiful, and we can't wait for you to see/enjoy/witness the full transformation once everything has had a chance to grow/mature/settle in.

We understand/recognize/appreciate that there may be some temporary inconvenience/disruption/change during construction.
